Delivery & Returns
There will be no return or exchange for all items purchased, unless the items received are damaged upon arrival or don't match the original order. Please get in touch with us at info@dressmyroom.net
All our items are individually created, hence it is not possible to get a refund or return or exchange, all item sales are FINAL.
All items returned that don't match the original order, must be returned in perfect condition in and out as well as in original packaging.
Of course we will incur the re-delivery charges, if the error has occurred from our side.
All damaged items must be returned and a replacement will be arranged and delivered. We will incur the re-delivery charges, if the damage has occurred during delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, who is returning damaged items excessively.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
We like you to feel happy and comfortable purchasing from Dress My Room . Hence, if you like to cancel an order you made, it is only possible if you cancel it within 24hours of your initial purchase. Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All item descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge and ability and are in no way warranted as complete. Dress My Room is not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. It is the client’s responsibility to investigate and understand these associated charges as well as their own countries legalities prior to purchase.
If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply.
